Products Description
UV clean adhesive, also known as UV cleaning glue, is a special type of adhesive that needs to be cured by ultraviolet light. Its main components include monomers, photoinitiators and prepolymers, among which prepolymers are commonly epoxy acrylate, polyurethane acrylate, etc.
Main Features
Fast Curing
The uv clean adhesive uses a photoinitiator formula. Under the irradiation of ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 365nm, it can be cured within 30 seconds, which is 80% higher than the curing efficiency of traditional adhesives.
Strong Bonding Force
The main component of uv clean adhesive is high-strength acrylic resin, and the cross-linked network structure formed between molecules provides excellent cohesion. It has a shear strength of up to 25MPa and a peel strength of 15N/25mm for common materials such as glass, metal, and plastic.
