Types of UV Adhesive
Ua Pressure-sensitive Adhesive (psa): Psa is produced through the solution coating, drying, and chemical reaction processes, with over 60% of the solvents needing to be evaporated and burned, leading to high emissions, long production processes, low efficiency, and potentially residual solvents and harmful chemicals in the product.
UV Composite Adhesive: Food, beverages, and some pharmaceutical products require high-barrier soft packaging. The barrier properties of the packaging material determine and influence the shelf life of edible products.
Ua Building Adhesive: Tempered glass is mainly made using polyvinyl alcohol butyral film as the adhesive material, which is bonded through a vacuum degassing and heat pressing process, taking about ten to several hours to complete.
Ua Electronic Adhesive: UV glue is widely used in the electronics industry, including cable positioning, pin sealing, preparation of liquid crystal panels, and phone key switches.
UV Optical Glue: Touchscreen is currently the largest single application for UV optical adhesive. UV optical adhesive in touchscreens has three functions: Bonding, enhancing transparency, and improving impact resistance, and it needs to meet strict performance requirements, including color, weather resistance and environmental stability, electrical performance, and optical performance.
