Electronic Conformal Coating

S-73 is a one-component, high-performance modified polyester resin conformal paint (conformal paint) designed for long-term reliable protection of electronic circuit boards and components. It is a solvent-based coating that cures quickly at room temperature or under heating, supports spraying, brushing, and dipping processes, and has excellent wetting and film-forming properties. The product features a UV fluorescent indicator for easy inspection of missing coating areas and is formulated to be aromatic-free and fully compliant with RoHS, REACH and IEC 61249-2-21 environmental standards. It has excellent moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, salt spray resistance, vibration resistance, thermal shock resistance and electrical insulation properties, and has a wide operating temperature range, from -50℃ to 130℃. It has strong adhesion, good flexibility and long-term anti-aging properties, effectively protecting PCBs, IC chips and electronic components from harsh environments such as moisture and salt.
