Epoxy conformal coating is a high-performance protective material made of epoxy resin as the main base material, by adding curing agent, filler and functional additives. In the manufacturing process, the liquid coating is usually evenly applied to the surface of the electronic circuit board to be protected by spraying, dipping or brushing, and then cured by heating or room temperature to form a dense protective film.
