Product Description

 

Conductive fabric is a high-performance nickel-plated copper polyester material, specifically designed for electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding and electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection in electronic devices. It is made of 50-60% polyester substrate and 20-25% copper /10-15% nickel plating, featuring an ultra-low surface resistance of ≤0.05Ω, excellent flexibility and a thickness of 0.075mm. The shielding efficiency exceeds 60dB within the range of 10MHz to 3GHz, providing reliable EMI protection while maintaining the processability of the adhesive coating and bonding. It is widely used in mobile phones, laptops and consumer electronics as a multi-functional semi-finished material for internal structural components, ensuring stable signal performance and static safety.

Applications

 

This conductive polyester fabric is widely used for:

1. Consumer electronics EMI shielding internal structural parts of mobile phones, tablets, and laptops, including FPC, PCB, and circuit modules.

2. Antenna and camera modules protect wireless communications and camera components with electromagnetic shielding and electrostatic discharge protection.

3. Speaker and audio component shielding Noise reduction and EMI shielding of speakers, speakers and audio modules in electronic equipment.

4. Adhesive coating and bonding applications are used to coat conductive pressure-sensitive adhesives or semi-finished materials bonded with hot melt adhesives.

5. Polyurethane foam cotton is bonded and laminated with PU foam cotton for buffering, electrostatic protection and EMI shielding in electronic components.

6. Electronic structural parts are assembled with flexible conductive layers inside structural parts to ensure conductivity and mechanical flexibility.

7. EMI shielding of high-frequency electronic components of high-frequency signal equipment
