Easy to use and flexible curing AB box packaging, can be easily applied with a glue gun; curing at room temperature (complete curing in 24 hours) does not require additional heating equipment, and rapid positioning and hardening (≤120min) improves construction efficiency. It can be operated at low temperature, and heating curing is optional in environments <5°C.
2. Excellent mechanical properties: The cured adhesive has 82D Shore hardness, ultra-high shear strength (aluminum/aluminum frosted ≥ 20MPa) and excellent impact/peel strength. The cured layer has a certain degree of toughness, ensuring a strong and permanent rigid bond that is not easy to crack or peel.
3. Excellent environmental resistance, outstanding waterproof, moisture-proof, oil-proof and dust-proof properties; low water absorption (water immersion for 24 hours ≤ 0.2%, boiling water immersion for 2 hours ≤ 0.6%), excellent resistance to moisture and heat, and suitable for various harsh working conditions.
4. Broad material compatibility is ideal for rigid bonding and reinforcement of homogeneous/heterogeneous materials (including metal, glass, ceramics, concrete)
