High-efficiency Thermal Insulation Performance
The heat insulation silicone pad uses food-grade liquid silicone as the base material. The thermal conductivity of this material is only 0.2W/(m・K), which is significantly lower than that of traditional rubber materials (about 0.5W/(m・K)), and the heat conduction efficiency is reduced by 60%. The internal honeycomb air cavity structure design uses the low thermal conductivity of air to form an insulation layer, which can withstand a continuous high temperature of 230℃ and a short-term temperature of 300℃, and can effectively block the heat source from transmitting to the contact surface.
Durable
The heat insulation silicone pad enhances its physical properties through a multi-layer composite structure, and the surface layer uses a 0.3mm thickened wear-resistant silicone layer. The middle layer is embedded with a glass fiber reinforced mesh, the tensile strength is increased to 8MPa, and the tear strength is 30kN/m, which is more than 3 times longer than that of ordinary silicone pads.
